A Message That Never Forgot It

I still remember when I went to high school- the first year. There was a lesson on sport. Students had to learn and practice every week such as baseball, Soccer, etc. While I was studying on that in the class there was one word touching my heart. I don’t know why. That word is

“ Exercise can replace (or compensate) lots of medicine but on the other hand there is no any medicine can replace (or compensate) exercise ” (I forgot its source).

I kept thinking and thinking. This word made me understand that if we exercise every day, this will help us. We will be strong, active, and have strong immunization. We could not get sick or ill easily. We don’t need to use medicine to keep us healthy for treating many diseases.

Because of this message, it created awareness of exercise for me from that time until these days.
